This statement applies to the Number Phonics website, run by Rethink Maths Limited.

We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. That means you should be able to:

change colours, contrast levels and fonts using browser or device settings
zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen
navigate the website using just a keyboard
listen to the website using a screen reader

We have also made the website text as simple as possible to understand.

How accessible this website is

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at AA level. We are not aware of any parts of this website that do not meet that standard.

The registration form includes a security check provided by Cloudflare (Turnstile). We test the whole form, including the security check, with a keyboard and a screen reader before each release. If anything stops you from registering, email us and we will register your interest for you.

Preparation of this accessibility statement

This statement was prepared on 17 September 2026. The website was last tested on 17 and 18 September 2026 by Rethink Maths Limited, using Safari with VoiceOver on macOS, keyboard-only navigation, browser zoom up to 400%, screen widths from 320 pixels, and automated colour-contrast checks. The registration form and its security check were tested with a keyboard and with VoiceOver: every field is reached by keyboard and announced with its label, an incomplete submission announces what needs fixing, and the security check receives focus, can be completed with the Space key, and announces its result.
