Our approach

We keep cookies and similar technologies to a minimum. This page explains their use on the Number Phonics website. For how Rethink Maths Limited handles personal information, see our Privacy Policy.

Cookies are small files stored on your device. Similar technologies can also store or access information in your browser or about your device. The rules cover these technologies as well as cookies.

You do not need an account to use this website, and there is no online checkout. We do not use cookies to deliver personalised advertising.

Keeping the website and form secure

Our hosting and security services process technical information to deliver the website, diagnose problems and protect the registration form from automated submissions.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish genuine visitors from bots. It checks information about your browser and connection for security purposes. Cloudflare explains how it processes this information in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

We do not set any cookies of our own on this website. There is no login, no basket and no advertising. Anything Cloudflare's security check stores or reads in your browser is used only to complete that check, which is strictly necessary to protect the form.

While you use the registration form, your browser keeps a random reference number for your submission in its session storage. Until a submission has completed, it also keeps a temporary copy of the details you entered in your browser, so that trying again after an interruption sends exactly the same registration — this helps prevent duplicate notifications. The registration itself is still sent to us. The temporary copy is cleared when the submission completes or its retry process ends, and the reference number is then replaced. Session storage is normally cleared when you close the tab, and this information is used for nothing else.

Analytics

We do not currently use analytics on this website, so no analytics cookies or similar technologies are set. If we introduce website statistics in future, we will describe them here first, explain how you can object, and only use technologies that do not need your consent or ask for your consent where it is required.

Your choices

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. If you block technologies needed to provide or protect the form, you may be unable to complete a submission. You can still contact us by email at numberphonics@rethinkmaths.co.uk.

Where a cookie or similar technology is strictly necessary to provide a service you request, it does not require your consent. We will ask for consent before using technologies that require it and provide any choices required where an exception applies.
